Hi, where do you source your coffee from and do you have any information on the sustainability of it? (Environmental but also fair wages, working conditions, no forced labour etc) Thanks

Admin:

Hi Andrew

We are supplied by the same companies as most Coffee Roasters, we do have 'Rain Forest Alliance' coffees and you can google their website.

Please don't be fooled by Fair Trade, it is anything but....................

Do you sell paper coffee pods for Smeg machine, espresso and others tastes

Admin:

Hi Yvonne

If your machine can use 'paper pods' they should be ESE coffee pods

Hi, I have been ordering your ESE Coffee Pods for a couple of years now & have one complaint. I order 5 bags at a time & presume you package each 50 pods in a clear bag to retain freshness, I order 5 bags at a time so keeping them fresh is key. However, every single bag is always ripped open in the top right hand corner ( with the label facing front ) It’s as if the bags are all lined up on end & your packing staff are just grabbing the top corner of each bag to parcel up the order for delivery. It’s just too much of a coincidence that the bags are ALWAYS ripped in exactly the same place. I’m very curious & would appreciate your opinion. Kind regards Jeannie Kynaston.

Admin:

Hi Jeannie

Thanks  for your comments and for ordering from us. With the 'outer' packaging, this is not for freshness as each ESE pod is sealed in it's own packaging that is filled with nitrogen as it is oxygen that  makes coffee go off. The pack of 50 when it is made the machine leaves a gap both on the top seal, and on the back seal so that the air can be removed from the pack so that it is smaller, otherwise they would take up more room and be difficult to parcel up.

Hope that helps explain :-)

Hi - a friend who lives in France recently visited us here in the UK and was impressed by the assortment of Senseo pods that I was able to offer him. I normally buy the mixed packs from around the world. My question is: Are you able to ship your products to an address in France? If yes, do you have a costing for 2 mixed packs delivered to an address near Toulouse? Many thanks in advance - Ian

Admin:

Hi Ian, just select France from the dropdown menu for delivery at the basket page  and the price will show.

Hope that helps
