I have been buying pods from you for many years now and very satisfied throughout.
However I feel I should draw your attention to the latest pack of decaffeinated pods purchased which do not produce coffee through my machine ( delongi). Almost as if there is too much coffee in the pods to allow water through them. I suppose a complaint but my intention is more to bring it to your attention.

With the decaf. coffees, the coffee is lighter and so for the weight the volume is greater, just don't turn the group handle so far (may be 1/4" less) as the pod is being held too tight and blocking the spray plate. If you do that all will be fine
