SWISS WATER® Process uses pure water from British Columbia, Canada to gently
remove the caffeine until the coffee beans are 99.9% caffeine-free, while
maintaining the bean's distinctive origin and flavour characteristics.
Sumatra
coffees are very interesting when decaffeinated, because the non-decaf coffee
beans have so little acidity and so much body the coffee works very well with
the Swiss Water process decaf method.

does, knock many coffees out of the park. There is a savoury butteryness. It's
