Java Bayukidul Estate Grade 1 coffee, a fine-washed Arabica coffee from East Java, grown on the fertile volcanic slopes of the Ijen mountain. 

 Grown at between 1100 -1600 above sea level.

This is a coffee with a smooth yet lively flavour, roasted to Medium Dark roast height it has bright acidity, rich citrus, tangerine, sweet paprika, green grape flavours, with a refreshingly clean taste.

Unlike most Indonesian coffees it has a citrus edge that offers a zesty spicy finish.
