On tasting this was classically smooth and pleasing with a lovely dry and clean
finish. This is just as described, with citrus notes, nuttiness and a good
woody peaty flavour just softened by the addition of Milk. A well-balanced
tasty coffee that does what it says.
Table 5: An experience in the cup that accurately
reflects the description: the nose is invitingly nutty and yes, dry and there
is immediate, straightforward citrus on the palate. A sound level of
bitterness, and a pleasing absence of ashiness. A 'straight-up' coffee that
